  • Switched to Renewable Energy: We have moved to Ecotricity as our energy supplier, ensuring that our operations are powered by 100% renewable sources.
  • Implemented Energy-Efficient Lighting: We’ve conducted an audit of our lighting systems and replaced all non-LED lights with energy-efficient LEDs to reduce energy consumption.
  • Home Energy Initiatives: For our team members working from home, we’ve encouraged and facilitated the switch to renewable energy suppliers.

Ongoing Efforts:

  • Measuring Our Carbon Footprint: We’re utilising tools like Sage Earth and Clean Growth UK to accurately measure and monitor our emissions.
  • Supply Chain Evaluation: We’re exporting supply chain data to understand the environmental impact of our top suppliers.

Future Goals

  • Carbon Negative by 2030: We aim to not just offset but exceed our carbon emissions, making us carbon negative.
  • Continuous Improvement: We’re exploring innovative solutions for carbon reduction and investing in technologies that support our sustainability objectives.

Social Responsibility

  • Client Advocacy: We’re proactively engaging with our clients to discuss their sustainability agendas, encouraging them to measure their carbon footprints and adopt renewable energy solutions.
  • Team Engagement: Our team is our greatest asset. We hold monthly meetings to share progress, brainstorm ideas, and ensure everyone contributes to our sustainability journey.
  • Community Involvement: We’re exploring opportunities for volunteering and charitable donations to support environmental causes within our community.

Supply Chain Management

  • Sustainable Partnerships: We prioritise working with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. For instance, we use Google Workspace, which is striving for net-zero emissions and 24/7 carbon-free energy operations by 2030.
